Well, I did not receive the birthday offer last year after signing up, but the free 6' sub and drink has been awarded to me this year. The offer requires that you present photo ID with your date of birth to redeem voucher that is accessed through email.

I DID RECEIVE FREE SUBWAY FOR MY BIRTHDAY!

My birthday was on Wednesday and the day before they emailed me a voucher for a free six inch sub and drink! Which can only be used on your birthday at your prefered store.It was great free subway and drink on your birthday!!I've been a member for a few months and yes they do email me vouchers form time to time.DO RECEIVE FREE SUB ON BDAY

Unfortunately there’s not much difference from joining than actually being a walk in customer in subway. They are more interested in sending marketing promos that people that walk in also get. They need to take care of the people that have spent the time joining. Really you don’t missing out on any deal if you just walk in.

I finally received something from Subway after giving them my details. BUT it was just an email from "Subway Marketing" for a new promotional competition. AND, there was still no free birthday 'sub' meal.. So, the chance of entering the competition now being offered is nil.

Like Margot, my birthday has also recently passed and I never received the stated free Subway birthday lunch through becoming a member of the Subway Eat Fresh® Club. A no stars rating would therefore be applicable.
