A barista-less cafe will open in Federation Square for three days next week; in fact, there’s no staff at all.
Patrons might as well tip themselves as they prepare their own non-fat soy lattes enjoying the fact that no one is rolling their eyes at their selection.
They’ll prepare their own brew using an app and the latest technology in coffee-making that could make baristas redundant.
