Health is more important than fitness and there are many definitions of health beyond what you eat. Despite what the 'business' Gymlink Australia 'quote' lets just remember life is about balance. Many people get obsessed with fitness and the likes of gym and this is not a healthy life being a fitness 'addict' or 'junkie'.
