Sanitarium Freebie

Not a bad freebie. Book is very health-orientated (hence the title "health and happiness" and is very well presented. The book is rather small in size and paperback and isn't the type of "recipe book" you'd expect to find in a store. However the quality is great for a promotional freebie.

Free cook book from sanitarium

I received my free health and happiness cook book on 6/4/10 it took about a week to arrive which was pretty quick. It's a lovely little book full of some very yummy looking vegetarian recipes, which I'm looking forward to trying!
