Free Burgers at The Pickle and The Patty

Sat 4th August, 2018
1:00pm – 9:00pm
The Patty and The Pickle
448 Mt Alexander Road, Ascot Vale
Ascot Vale has a new burger shop and it's having a party to celebrate.

The Pickle and The Patty is the first bricks-and-mortar store for chefs Lyndal Keys and Laura Attard, who are known for their Dr Sous food truck that specialises in the sous-vide cooking technique. The Pickle and The Patty burger store is all about locally sourced meat served with house-made condiments and pickles.

The Pickle and The Patty will give away free burgers to the first 200 customers at its launch party. Once the first 200 run out, burgers will be $5 each. There will also be $5 pots of Furphy Refreshing Ale provided by The Ascot Lot.

Dogs are encouraged to join the party; dog-food truck The Canine Wellness Kitchen will be there catering for your pup. They'll be giving away beef and turkey burgers with shark cartilage fries to the first 60 pooches.

If you've got some spare change after eating your free burger, OzHarvest, Australia’s leading food-rescue charity, will also be there accepting donations.

From 1pm–9pm.
