To receive this offer, all you need to do is purchase any four 1kg blocks of Mainland Tasty Cheddar or Mainland Colby Cheese from participating Woolworths or Safeway stores during the promotional period (23/11/09 to 3/1/10), then make your claim. Simply print the claim form, as provided onsite by Mainland; then fill in the form, attach a copy of your receipt, and send both the claim form and receipts to the address provided onsite. Each valid claim will then receive a Free 6 Month subscription to one of 11 magazines. All claims must be received by February 12, 2010 to be eligible.
