The Happiness Cycle refers to the basic principle that health and happiness are intrinsically linked.
There is widespread concern at the decline in physical activity of teenagers, who require at least 60 minutes per day to be healthy and happy.
Our goals are to drive increased and sustained physical activity levels, and improve attitudes towards physical activity amongst teenagers through cycling. The focus will be 15 and 16 year old teenagers, reaching both city and regional communities across Australia. See all the fun at the first event in Melton, Victoria.
