Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over (“Eligible Entrants”).
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers and agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister.
Promotion commences at 9:00am (AEST) on 21/12/2014 and closes online at 8:00pm (local time) (AEDST) on 1/02/2015, or when supplies are exhausted (approximately 15,000), whichever occurs first (“promotion period”)
To receive one (1) Ask Dad eye mask, while supplies last, visit the sleepmaker website at www.sleepmaker.com.au. Then follow the directions provided to click the offer link, and complete the online offer form.

The Promoter is not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer or printer related to or resulting from participating in this offer or downloading materials from or use of the website.
Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the offer, as solely determined by the Promoter, will be disqualified. Should any portion of the offer be, in the Promoters sole opinion, compromised by bugs, virus, worms, unauthorized human intervention or other causes, which, in the sole opinion of the Promoter, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or submission of information, the Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate the offer. By participating, you agree (i) to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of the Promoter which are final and binding, and (ii) to release and hold harmless the Promoter, their parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents against any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this offer or acceptance and use of the eye mask.

Entry is conditional on providing this information. Participants should direct any request to opt out, access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
