By participating in the “Hello?” program, you agree to the following terms and
conditions:
1. ELIGIBILITY
The "Hello?" program is only open to legal residents of the following countries:

Acer Inc and Skype Communications Sarl, and of its parent or affiliated companies,
as well as members of those employees’ immediate family and household (spouse,
parents, siblings and children), are not eligible to participate. Eligibility is limited
to consumers; resellers and distributors are not eligible.
2. HOW TO QUALIFY FOR THE SKYPE ONE (1) MONTH “UNLIMITED WORLD”
SUBSCRIPTION :
To qualify for the Skype one (1) month “Unlimited World” subscription, you must do
the following:
Login to Facebook and register with your email on the designated Facebook
promotion page/tab between October 28th , 2014 (00:01 Pacific Standard Time)
and December 31st, , 2014 (23:59 Pacific Standard Time) or in any event as long as
the limited supply of the Skype one (1) month “Unlimited World” subscription are
left.
3. SKYPE ONE (1) MONTH “UNLIMITED WORLD” SUBSCRIPTION
If you satisfy the conditions in section 2 above, and subject to available supply, you

email, which will be redeemable at www.skype.com/go/voucher which, subject to
these terms, you can use to make calls on Skype to landlines and mobiles to the
countries/regions set out below at no charge until the subscription is expended.
The subscription may only be used for this purpose and is not redeemable for its
cash or its equivalent. 2
YOU MUST REDEEM THE ONE-MONTH UNLIMTED WORLD SUBSCRIPTION BY
MARCH 1, 2015. AFTER THAT DATE, THE CODE WILL EXPIRE AND YOU WILL NO

Voucher comprises a one (1) month “Unlimited World” subscription. Subscription
commences on redemption date. Skype account required and subscription may

Monterrey), Morocco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Panama, Paraguay, Peru,
Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden,
Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, United Kingdom, and Venezuela. Excludes special,
premium and non-geographic numbers. A fair usage policy applies.
4. OTHER CONDITIONS
(1) Only one offer per email address registered under Section 2 will be honored.
(2) Supplies of Skype one (1) month “Unlimited World” subscription are limited.
Once the supply has run out, The Offer will terminate automatically. Acer reserves
the right to withdraw The Offer for any reason, at any time and without notice.

5. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and
enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, shall be governed by and construed
in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction as follows: If you are a 3
legal resident of Germany, Netherlands, Spain, or Italy, these Terms and Conditions
shall be governed by German law and legal venue shall be the courts located in
Hamburg, Germany. If you are a legal resident of the United Kingdom or Israel,
these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and legal venue shall
be the courts located in London, UK. If you are a legal resident of Brazil or Mexico,
these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by California law and legal venue
shall be the courts located in Santa Clara County, CA, U.S.A. If you are a legal
resident of Indonesia, Malaysia or Vietnam, these Terms and Conditions shall be
governed by Singapore law and legal venue shall be the courts located in Singapore.
If you are a legal resident of Taiwan, these Terms and Conditions shall be governed
by R.O.C. law and legal venue shall be the courts located in Taipei, Taiwan.
