Terms and Conditions
Instructions on how to claim and the gifts form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
Claims are only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating stockists and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to claim. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
Promotion commences at 9:00am AEST on 14/04/2014 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 11/05/2014 ("Promotional Period"). Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed whilst stocks in each participating stockist last and no later than the end of the Promotional Period.
To be eligible to claim and receive a promotional voucher, individuals must visit www.wattyl.com.au, follow the prompts to the promotion claim page, input the requested details including their full name, valid email address, and mobile telephone number, read and accept the Terms and Conditions by ticking the relevant box and submit the fully completed claim form during the Promotional Period. Promotional vouchers will be sent to individuals via email.
To claim, individuals must then visit their local participating stockist and present their voucher during the Promotional Period and whilst stocks of gifts in the participating stockist last. A list of all participating stockists and the number of gifts available as at the commencement of the promotion in each participating stockist will be available on www.wattyl.com.au. Individuals can also call their local participating stockist to obtain the number of gifts available in that participating stockist. The Promoter recommends that individuals view this list to determine their local participating stockist and check the availability of gifts with their local participating stockist. The maximum number of gifts available in this promotion, per State/Territory, is outlined in clause 8 below.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and claimants (including a claimant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any claimant who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the claim process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Only one (1) claim permitted per household.
